Spring running

My spring running schedule is continuing despite a brief break for our Vancouver trip. Today felt great at the beginning of the run but not so great by the end & then great again when I stopped. Exercise really is worth it. You feel so good at the end. I need to remember this.


  1. Oh I know what you mean. I jog 4 times a week. When I start with my jog it feels good, I love having the wind blow against my face, then midway I am so sweaty and out of breath and just feel so tired, but I push myself to finish what I started and it does feel great at the end. =)

  2. I need to remember this. I always regret when I don't exercise. It feels so great to finish a good run.
