Monday - Nike Training Club Vinyasa Rush Studio tone & strength workout 15 mins plus these yoga poses for those with a desk job

Tuesday - 3km run plus hill climb - 351 calorie burn.

Then nothing for the rest of the week!! Here's to a little more exercise next week!
