Exercise Stats Week 11

Tuesday evening workout
Tuesday - Evening workout in the park - 400m sprint then 10 x push ups, 10 x burpies, 10 x tricep dips, 10 x squats - repeated three times, with an extra 400m run thrown in. 1.7km running in total and 170 calorie burn.

Friday - morning workout - 10 x push ups, 10 x bur pies, 10 x tricep dips, 10 x squats - repeated three times plus 50 crunches then a jog to Anzac Hill, climb to top and jog home. 320 calorie burn.

Am really happy with my effort this week, only two days but considering the busy week we've had, I'm so glad I prioritised working out, as it does make me feel so much better.
